Welcome to Dous Dolce, and I'm Eveline.


As a mother of two and a self-taught home baker, I've been pursuing my lifelong passion for baking. My journey into the world of baking began at a young age, but it truly took off when I moved to Australia in 2012. Faced with no job, no friends, and no family in a new country, I turned to my love for baking to fill my days.

With an Accounting background and difficulty finding work in Australia, I started baking every day for the sheer joy of it. Eventually, my hobby evolved into a full-time profession, and I shared my creations with the world through Instagram in 2016.

Dous Dolce has become synonymous with exquisite character macarons and stunning celebration cakes. Whether it's a grand wedding or an intimate birthday party, we specialize in crafting delectable desserts. Our offerings extend beyond macarons and cakes to include custom cookies, cupcakes, cake pops, and various other custom confections.

We take immense pride in using only the highest quality ingredients, and each of our desserts is a labor of love that requires hours of meticulous work.
