We recommend that you make an initial enquiry by email, giving us the date, the number of guests you need the cake to serve, the serving size (coffee or dessert) and any design ideas so we can give you an approximate price. To confirm your order, a 50% deposit is payable, with the balance being due two weeks before the event. Everything under Shop online can be made online, proceed through checkout and complete your payment.

Any damage occurring during transport or mishandling after the cake leaves my address, I may be able to help fix but this is entirely up to my availability. So please be very careful when handling these cakes especially for the tall cakes.

Cake: keep it cool, refrigerated and avoid placing it in direct sunlight. I recommend removing your cake from the fridge approximately 30 minutes to 1 hour prior to consumption. It is the best served at room temperature but be careful not to leave the cake or cupcakes out for too long on hot summer days. Macarons : need to be stored in a fridge and can last up to 3-4 days. Cookies : store your cookies in a dry place, avoid direct sunlight, and if keep it in the sealed cello bag. It can last up to two weeks.

We provide, pick up services on both online and custom orders, delivery only applies to custom orders via the contact form. Fees apply for deliveries depending on your destination.

The best way to transport the cake is to have a passenger carry the cake box in the car. Alternatively, keep the cake box on the floor of your car and make sure the air conditioning is on.

Some weeks can book out in advance, however, we will always do our best to accommodate your cake order. As soon as you have your date, you can always secure a spot with a booking deposit.

All cakes are baked daily and can be consumed up to 5 days after delivery if appropriately refrigerated. For the best quality, moistness and taste, we recommend our cakes to be eaten 1-2 days from delivery or pick up.
